The Massachusetts Latino Chamber of Commerce celebrates Small Business Employee recognition day with an annual Community Picnic in August.

In a family enviroement we enjoy a traditional Latino “Pig Roast” in honor of small business employees.

Celebrating “Employee Appreciation Day” recognizing the hard working staff of small business and non-profit organizations, the Latino Chamber highlights the small business contributions to cities across Massachusetts.

“Small Business and their employees are the backbone of this state".
